This thick, smooth soy carries the woody flavours of the cedar barrels with notes of tobacco, Armagnac and humus. Rich in umami, with very little acidity.

Of course, this aged soy is perfectly at home with sushi and sashimi, it is also wonderful drizzled in small amounts on strawberries or vanilla ice cream.
